At Sennheiser México, we are committed to providing the highest audio quality; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Log into your account portal or contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

    Prepare the Package

    Place the product in its original packaging including all accessories, manuals, and protective materials to ensure the item remains in mint condition during transit.

  • 3.
    Ship to Service Center

    Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location across Mexico.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our technicians verify the product's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
